Connor Guy
Documentary Photographer
This work is both a personal and visual response to the Covid 19 pandemic. The pandemic started in January 2020, and the end is not yet in sight. All photographs made within this book were taken in Dudley, North Tyneside and surrounding areas. All of the photographs within this book were taken during my state allocated daily exercise during the self isolation process.
This work is a metaphorical representation of my mental state during the global pandemic. I am the cropped images, I am the land masts, and I am the footpaths. We all exist within the landscape as a singular beings, and we inherently contribute to the detriment of nature by simply exist- ing. We are the cropped images, we are the land masts, and we are the footpaths. We are all connected in some way, as are we alone during these unprecedented times.
